  Qualifications :

• 5 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, application development, or operations
• Team lead experience required
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies
• Profound Knowledge of Linux systems.
• Experience with a broad portfolio of AWS infrastructure tools (EBS, S3, EC2, Elastic IP, Route 53, VPC) - Having AWS certificates is beneficial.
• Containerization technologies like Docker
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Familiarity with Databases (PostgreSQL)
• Scripting (Shell, Python, Ruby) skills for monitoring and automation.
• Continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Container orchestration system such as Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in version control and source control management.
• Experience maintaining an infrastructure and ensuring stability while adding new features
• Ability to clearly articulate design and implementation choices
• Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities and duties:


• Manage the configuration of the build infrastructure 
• Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes 
• Design and maintain automated release channels
 • Proactively look for ways to automate the installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies 
• Review and recommend solutions and tools to improve the software development process 
• Own the process for releasing builds into QA and up to production 
• Managing pre/post release code merges 
• Building the bridge between Engineering (Dev & QA) and IT Operations
