استخدام Senior Product Designer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.


Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and user-centric product designs with a focus on UI/UX best practices

- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights to ensure exceptional UX

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and align with UI/UX principles

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives, technical requirements, and exceptional UI/UX standards

- Mentor junior designers and guide best practices in UI/UX design principles and methodologies

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve UI/UX design processes and deliver cutting-edge products


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software, with a focus on UI/UX design applications

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate UI/UX design decisions to cross-functional teams

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex UI/UX design challenges

- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
