Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing company. As a Marketing Manager you develop a marketing strategy for the company in accordance with its overall goals as well as joining like-minded professionals continually focused on sharpening skills and knowledge to remain at the top of our industry. As a Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and developing the marketing strategy
Setting marketing goals based on the Strategic Goals of the organization
Preparing an operational Marketing plan
Planning and executing market research
Designing and planning Advertisement Campaigns (ATL and BTL) and event Management
Monitor the performance of all marketing channels and planning for improvement
Use marketing automation tools to implement related policies and processes to improve
effectiveness
Negotiate and provide solutions to attract customers from different channels
Supervise digital marketing and content production
Collaborate with content designers and producers to ensure that the content produced matches the
brand strategy.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance business opportunities and campaigns along with
joining the best shared practices to maintain customer goals and growth
Hiring and training of marketing Staff
Requirements:
Master’s Degree Preferably in The field of Management (MBA and EMBA,)
At least 5 years of Marketing experience and 2 years of management experience (priority in financial services industry)
SEO project management experience
Familiar with the branding field
Working knowledge of Market research, data analysis & project management
Fluent in English
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
