شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our company is looking for a skilled software implementation specialist to join our team. It is a hybrid job that needs you to learn about HSE, Artificial Intelligence, and computer software. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and coordination.
  • Develop implementation procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized project documentation.
Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.\
  • The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Linux, database management, software documentation, project management tools, and implementation procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in working with DB and SQL.
  • Experience in developing software documentation and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Competencies:

  • Software documentation and training: The candidate should have experience in developing software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and help files. They should also be able to provide training to end-users on how to use software applications effectively.
  • Project management: The candidate should have a familiarity with project management tools, be able to maintain organized project documentation, and develop implementation procedures, and guidelines.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, self-organized.
Please consider that the candidate has to work onsite, which is mostly in a harsh location and in several countries.
