Location (Tehran, On-site)
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a strong background in decentralized finance (DeFi) and extensive experience in smart contract development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing, deploying, and testing smart contracts, with a deep understanding of the entire blockchain development toolchain. You will work closely with our engineering team to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient decentralized applications (dApps) and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity or Vyper on platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
  • DeFi Protocols: Contribute to the development of DeFi protocols, including lending platforms, AMMs, yield farming, and staking mechanisms.
  • Toolchain Mastery: Utilize a wide range of development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and Ganache for smart contract development and testing.
  • Automated Testing: Implement automated testing frameworks using tools like Mocha, Chai, and Truffle’s built-in testing suite to ensure the reliability and security of smart contracts.
  • Deployment & Monitoring: Manage the deployment process of smart contracts and monitor their performance and security post-deployment.
  • Blockchain Integration: Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend applications using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
  • Code Audits & Security: Perform code reviews and audits to identify and fix vulnerabilities in smart contracts and ensure adherence to security best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and related ecosystems to continuously improve the quality of our products.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong emphasis on DeFi projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Smart Contracts: Solidity, Vyper, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
    • Development Tools: Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, Ganache
    • Testing Tools: Mocha, Chai, Truffle Test Suite
    • Blockchain Networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains
    • Integration Libraries: Web3.js, Ethers.js
    • Security Tools: MythX, Slither, Oyente for smart contract security auditing
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating efficient and secure code.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology are a plus.
