شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsibility:
- Understanding integration-based and API-based project domain
- Contact through emails, phone calls, and ticketing systems to provide appropriate service on time
- Communicating with clients’ developers and technical teams via phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems to help them get onboard
- Answering client inquiries about technical issues and difficulties regarding technical integration
- Creating technical guides including UML diagrams, API documentation, and how-to-use documents for technical usages
- Monitor software system performance to ensure proper operations
- Resolve software problems and report them to production teams, service providers, etc.
- Maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff
Qualification:
- The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related fields.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with DBMSs and query writing
- The basic knowledge of API development and testing (familiar with API development tools like postman, ….)
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development is a BIG plus
- Experience in integration projects is a BIG plus
- Basic understanding of agile and Scrum (or Kanban) is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
