استخدام Support Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility:



  1. Understanding integration-based and API-based project domain
  2. Contact through emails, phone calls, and ticketing systems to provide appropriate service on time 
  3. Communicating with clients’ developers and technical teams via phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems to help them get onboard
  4. Answering client inquiries about technical issues and difficulties regarding technical integration
  5. Creating technical guides including UML diagrams, API documentation, and how-to-use documents for technical usages
  6. Monitor software system performance to ensure proper operations 
  7. Resolve software problems and report them to production teams, service providers, etc. 
  8. Maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff 
Qualification: 



  1. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. 
  2. Bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related fields. 
Requirements: 



  1. Ability to work with DBMSs and query writing 
  2. The basic knowledge of API development and testing (familiar with API development tools like postman, ….) 
  3. Basic understanding of programming languages and software development is a BIG plus 
  4. Experience in integration projects is a BIG plus 
  5. Basic understanding of agile and Scrum (or Kanban) is a plus 
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision 
  8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  9. Team player
