Responsibility:

Owns overall responsibility for the project/workstream delivery within IT that is On-Schedule, within Budget, and delivers an outcome that is outlined in the approved Scope. Effectively estimates and manages costs, timescales, and resource requirements. Proactively escalates Risks & Issues to the Project Manager / Head of Business solutions and facilitates dialog that addresses complicated project-level issues.
Responsible for Stakeholder Management that communicates short-term plans, priorities, and project status to relevant Stakeholders, steering committee, executive sponsor and Project Team
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Manage ongoing delivery escalation issues within the relevant vertical, ensuring that the continued successful delivery and operations.
An effective facilitator of team and stakeholder meetings
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
Self-starter who can work with ambiguity and limited guidance

Qualification:

Degree level education or equivalent in the computing discipline
Introducing a new product into production (NPI)
Must have delivered large scale technology projects within complex, multi-faceted system environments for large organizations
Excellent understanding of best practice methodologies (Agile, PRINCE 2, MSP, JIRA, Sprint, and Scrum Master).
Must have successfully delivered software projects involving third party suppliers (on either side of the relationship) within complex organizations
REST/SOAP API knowledge is a MUST
Professional certifications in desired skill areas are desirable.

Requirements:

Educational background in the field of computer science
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
