Responsibilities:

Design artworks for internal communications like emails, banners, educational brochures.
Coordinate printing and packaging process with agencies.
Design creative videos and motion works for HR projects like onboardings and company events.
Undertake design works from concept to completion.
Support the HR team in conducting internal events.
Provide input in office redesign, decoration, colour code and work experience.
Work on data visualization projects and infographics on research and reports produced with other teams.
Provide a timeline and manage priority within different tasks and projects.

Requirements:

Solid and demonstrable experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Motion works will be an advantage
The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual using their own initiative to complete tasks
Being fully familiar with print process and colour systems and having a strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, and composition
Creativity and innovation
Ideally with 2 years of experience in the same business
