An international institute, working with international kids, invite experienced English teacher's supervisors who are hardworking, adaptable and eager to learn, to join us.
Requirements:
At least three-year experience of supervising 30 teachers and 150 classes per month
English teaching experiences (professional kid teachers are in priority)
Familiar with teaching techniques
Familiar with creating teaching materials like syllables or videos
Familiar with family and friend, first friend, American English file books
Experienced in training teachers
Capable of supporting and leading teachers
Capable of observing teachers and their classes
Interested in working with kids
Interested in working with international coworkers and students
Capable of adapting to international work spaces
Familiar with online platforms
Familiar with online teaching methods
Familiar with professional reporting systems
Capable of managing people in their groups
Patient, trustworthy, responsible, problem solver
leader, hard worker, multitasker, result oriented
Job description:
Manage 50 teachers and 100 students in their group (training, supporting, observing)
Manage full time staff in their group such as supervisor assistant
Observe demos and classes and report to the manager
Pursuing teachers, students and their needs
Support teachers for their demos, classes, reporting, etc.
Give practical feedbacks to teachers
give solution to teachers and manage their challenges
Create teaching materials
Work with other supervisors in the group
Report to manager
