 Job Description 

•    Track performance against agreed budgets to ensure that requirements are met
•    Assist in investigation when exceptional events occur in the fulfilment operations
•    Ensure that all relevant practices and compliance requirements are adhered to within the fulfilment operation
•    Participate in supply chain and cross functional projects and undertake ad-hoc work as required to support the business
•    Support the Supply Chain and wider Finance team in preparation of presentations, analysis, KPI tracking & explanations/comments
•    Bid analysis -Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the lowest total cost for Company
•    Sourcing- Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets
•    Annual Targets
•    Excellence - Applies and implements SCM standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability
•    Interdepartmental interface and communication- Manage, review, and execute Engineering Change Requests when necessary. 
•     Support Procurement Agents in their contracts negotiations, the commercial agreements and product changes negotiations, the contracts amendments

•    SAP
•    Commercial item acquisitions
•    Common acquisition business and industrial practices
•    Solid Data Base Query & Excel Proficiency
•    Detail oriented, maintaining consistent high quality with rapid execution
•   Self-starter with ability to work independently on multiple assignments
•    Team player who is comfortable operating in a high energy and often deadline driven environment
•    Results focused, ensuring critical due dates and cycle times are met
