Job Description
As one of our first technical team members,
- You’ll be expected to drive initiatives from concept to production ensuring high levels of reliability and user-centric design.
- You will have significant input into the processes, practices, and tools we use to collaborate.
- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
- Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
- Coming up with the options.
- Collaborating closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Guiding the dev team through shipping new features
- Protecting all tech data.
- Sitting with stakeholders to get informed about adjustments to technology.
- Acting as a mentor to team members.
- Improving time spent on maintenance.
- Implemented CI and automated deployments.

Requirements
- Expert In at least 3 Software Languages including Python.
- Great Understanding of Software hand Hardware architecture and Networks.
- Expert in software architecture.
- Expert in Using SQL and No-SQL Databases.
- Previous working experience as a Team lead at least for 2 years.
- Experience scaling dev teams in a startup.
- AI understanding or experience.
- Familiar with best practices in engineering, architecture, security, and design for both backend APIs, web and mobile apps.
- Familiar with best practices around microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with early-stage company best practices including rapid iteration with robust metrics and qualitative user feedback.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure including servers, storage, cache, and monitoring.
- Experience with Docker.
- Knowledge in Node.js or Phyton or GoLang and frameworks available for it.
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. 
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
