Required skills:
- Very high follow-up and accuracy
- Experience and ability to create and manage positive and constructive interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong speaking and writing skills
- Strong communication and public relations skills
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Proficient in concluding contracts with personnel, contractors, and affiliated organizations
- Proficient in office and automation software
- Proficient in drafting regulations and administrative procedures
- Proficient in salary calculations
Tasks and objectives:
- Determining recruitment goals and monitoring its process
- Maintaining effective, capable, and committed forces in the organization
- Communicating with employees through different communication channels
- Holding meetings to evaluate and monitor employees
- Determining the best solutions for challenging situations
- Writing job descriptions, interview questionnaires, and performance review templates
- Correct implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs, job classification
- Monitoring the implementation of disciplinary regulations and dealing with employee violations
