Responsibilities for Sales Assistant
· Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
· Direct customers to the sales experts and provide data and guides to help the sales team
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
· Assist sales team in their daily interactions with customers
· Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials
· Prepare marketing materials and sales documents in response to the sales team demand
· Manage communication including emails and phone calls
· Handle project procurement and ordering procedures
· Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
Qualifications for Sales Assistant
· Upper intermediate proficiency in English
· 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good Photoshop and graphic design skills
· In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Teamwork and motivational skills
· High degree of attention to detail
· Data entry experience
· Working knowledge of general office duties
