Tali is an impact-driven company based in Toronto, Canada. Tali empowers Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with a voice-enabled virtual assistant for scribe functionality, faster navigation as well as information retrieval from the electronic medical records of the patients at the point of care.
Duties include:
- Develop copy to clearly communicate the end-use and intent of our product
- Be the in-house copy expert and help clients understand the “why” behind Tali ai
- Build the UX writing copy process for all new platform development work during sprints
- Actively contribute to developing new features, and continuously improve what we have today in terms of content
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform your content decisions
- Define and implement information architecture and navigation systems for a complex product, including establishing a content guide that meets brand guidelines
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- You're fully fluent in English esp writing and researching
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- You have 3+ years of copywriting experience.
- You have experience with content strategy, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- You’re no stranger to working with cross-functional teams including UX designers, researchers, and engineers.
- You have experience working with different clients and delivering high-quality results.
- You are extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- You have a demonstrable passion and understanding of great user experiences & technology.
- You have a talent for presenting technological and business concepts to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of PIPEDA & PHIPA regulations and healthcare in Canada.
