You are a  passionate digital marketing expert who will work in Espard to manage the digital marketing team and campaigns and define digital growth strategies.


Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Planning digital marketing strategies to reach defined goals
  • Planning and running digital campaigns on various web and mobile ad networks
  • Experienced in performance marketing execution
  • Optimizing CPI, CPL, CAC, and conversion rate
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio
  • Deep experience with Google Ads 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Tracking customer's behavior and providing solutions to improve journeys
  • Helping the SEO team to improve the website and blog's organic traffic
  • Proposing and brainstorming the launch of new and engaging campaigns
  • Highly disciplined, team player, high sense of ownership, and a fast learner
  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing management for major companies
