Job description:
Identifying and prioritizing the processes of the target company/business unit and identifying the owner of each process.
Plan, design and monitor required reports in order to develop new business insights and Compile and present business solution reports.
Performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data.
Hold process discovery meetings with process owners/representatives in departments for gathering details to identify the following:
· Details of current process steps (As-Is)
· Obstacles and problems of the current situation
· Business requirements
· Suggestions for improvement
Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
Mapping improved process (To-Be) at different levels from system map (very high level) to integrated flow chart (with all details) using BPMN.
Write SOP and user Manuals for each process.
Analyze complex business problems and determine IT solutions and Providing system requirements to the IT department to create systems, dashboards, tools, etc.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of related experience.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
proficient in Microsoft office (excel, Visio, word,…)
Mastering the use of BPMN notations
Ability to negotiate
Fluent in English
