Job Description
- Evangelize the evolution of our design system to designers and engineers
- Effectively coordinate with independent engineering teams to deliver a cohesive product
- Identify and take ownership of opportunities for new tools, processes, and patterns
- Offer alternatives when technology constraints require design compromises
- Provide code review feedback to your peers, sharing best practices with the team
- Work across the team to help unblock development and move features forward

Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Backend/UX Engineer engineering
- Experience with front-end build systems and tooling
- Outstanding problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, organizational, design, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of engineers, scientists, designers, and communicate effectively with management, leadership
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- 5+ years of experience in Backend/UX Engineer engineering
- Experience with front-end build systems and tooling
