شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Role:

  • We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own frontend architecture and lead the development of complex, user-facing features within our clinical platform.
  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to translate real clinical and operational needs into intuitive, high-performance user experiences, while shaping frontend standards and best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own frontend architecture and key technical decisions for our web application
  • Design and build scalable applications using React and Next.js
  • Develop critical workflows used daily by healthcare professionals
  • Translate complex domain logic into clear, reliable, and usable interfaces
  • Drive performance, accessibility, and reliability improvements
  • Build and maintain internal dashboards and operational tools
  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams
  • Support multi-region deployment (UAE & Europe), including localization and compliance-related UI requirements



What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep Frontend & JavaScript Expertise
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of React (hooks, context, composition patterns)
  • Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of the JavaScript runtime and rendering behavior
  • UI Engineering & Architecture
  • Strong CSS skills (Tailwind preferred)
  • Experience building responsive, accessible, production-grade UIs
  • Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and clean frontend architecture
  • Ability to manage complex state and avoid issues such as prop drilling
  • UX-driven mindset, especially for high-stakes and regulated environments
  • Exposure to multi-language and region-specific UX (UAE / Europe)


Additional Knowledge:

  • Virtual DOM and reconciliation
  • Error boundaries and resilient UI patterns
  • Secure authentication and role-based access control
