• Provide a clear growth path, including on-the-job training, mentoring by senior staff, and opportunities to attend training sessions and pursue certifications.
• Introduce a structured onboarding and learning process (e.g., hands-on labs, shadowing senior staff).

• Emphasize that the role will provide exposure to cutting-edge technologies (virtualization, cloud storage, hybrid environments) and hands-on experience with real-world server and storage systems.

• Offer to fund or reimburse them for relevant entry-level certifications, and allow study time to ensure they continue developing their skills.
