شرح موقعیت شغلی
A leading company in the field of ceramic tiles industry is looking for an export expert responsible for the export procedure including shipment arrangement, issuing and contorol all related documents necessary for export . Responsibilities:
● Liaise with suppliers and correspondence with them for shipment/delivery schedule.
● Handle International and Local commercial affairs such as order placement, PI issuance, commercial registration, shipment follow-up, shipping documents and etc.
● Plan and coordinate all activities of customs clearance.
● Follow up on needed activities.
● Prepare weekly reports.
Requirements
● Fluent in English and commercial correspondence.
● Have previous experience in the relevant field .
● Expert in ICDL.
● Have strong communication skills with teamwork spirit.
● Maximum age: 40 years old.
● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
