• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and cohesive branding strategies for clients.
• Create engaging social media post templates and graphic elements, including icons, buttons, and banners.
• Design modern and creative web and app wireframes, bringing them to life with high-quality web/app designs and mockups.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences from concept to final design.
• Understand web and app development processes, including Agile and Scrum, to effectively communicate with developers and anticipate project requirements and limitations.
• Continuously improve and innovate to deliver best-in-class digital products.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of modern design principles and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphic elements and layouts.
• Knowledge of web and mobile development processes and limitations.
• Excellent understanding of English, both written and spoken, and experience designing for English-language projects.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and a strong desire for self-improvement and learning.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas, issues, and solutions.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to different team dynamics and work environments.
