Job Description
Conducting international market research in order to identify and prioritizing target countries
Building up the annual and quarterly foreign sales and marketing plan to meet company aggressive foreign sales targets
Following up negotiations and tracking contracts to build sales and distribution channels in foreign countries
Managing export paper work, document preparation, shipping and payment procedures
Developing a good understanding of target market demands and trends to design and improve our products in order to better meet buyers expectations
Building and managing export team
Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of export procedures and skilled in international trade negotiation
Familiar with B2B customer relation management tools
Laser focused and result oriented
Strong commitment to get the job done
Good communication and team work skills including ability to provide clear regular feedback and celebrating achievements
Experience in structuring a team in order to tackle targets
Ability to think out of the box
Understanding of OKR would be an important plus
Abilities in foreign language (Arabic, Kurdish, Russian, English & etc.) is a big plus
