We are currently looking to add a detail-oriented QA Tester to our team. If you want to come along in our exciting journey and believe can be a productive member.
Responsibilities
- Make sure everything we release is rock-solid and performant!
- Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution, collaborating with development teams.
- Follow a clearly defined test strategy, and adjust the test strategy accordingly
- Design, develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans for each test level based on system requirements and design documents
- Ability to work independently
- Reproduce bugs reported by customers or caught by our internal monitoring.
- Establish and track the quality metrics, KPIs, and reports.
- Take ownership of before/after release test procedures
- Create reports documenting errors and issues to be fixed
- Participate in and contribute to all team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution
- Experience in working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements.
- Ability to design and plan testing conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, efficient testing strategies, and modern best practices.
- You are famous among your peers for your ability to break software in unexpected ways.
- Sharp attention to detail
