استخدام Visa Analyst and Education Consultant

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Description:
As a Visa Analyst and Education Consultant at e-Visa Immigration Services, you will assist the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with any administrative duties as she/he may direct you to perform. You will be expected to carry out the duties assigned to you in a competent and efficient fashion.


Duties and responsibilities:
● Prepare and organize documents and forms related to visa applications and educational applications

● Follow-up on missing documents for ongoing applications.

● Setup and maintain the electronic file system.

● Follow-up on clients.

● Reply to emails and phone calls with clients' questions and relaying messages accordingly.

● Establish and implement visa operational procedures

● May solve issues that arise in the daily operation

● Correspond with Clients, answering questions related to visas processes.

● Provide any reports needed to the senior management or administrative area.

● Schedule and confirm appointments with visa applicants.

● Lead with and convert dissatisfied customers.

● Perform administrative tasks related to the immigration consulting practice

● Help to Improve internal processes and systems.

● Promote and sell the Company's services.

● Find and manage relationships with other departments in the company and with Immigration Consultants.

● Work with the Marketing department in order to create and promote the company and our services.

● Support in the creation of content for social media with the Marketing Team.

● Support the Communication team in their demands and requests.

● Support to answer social media enquiries.

● Perform any tasks assigned by senior management



Requirements:

Soft Skills

● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English and Farsi).

● Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

● A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

● Be patient, kind, accurate, and hard working


Technical Skills

● Proficiency in Google Platforms and MS Office

Languages:

● Farsi – Fluent

● English - Advanced

Education: N/A

Professional Experience: Great Administrative skills, experience in Canadian immigration, Visa processes, and educational admissions from Canadian institutions is an asset.
