شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsibilities
- Fantastic communication skills, organizational skills and stakeholder management (Business, Marketing, OPS, Product)
- Deliver features and deliveries from 0 to 100%, tested (manual and automated), efficient, and working.
- Assign and coordinate work assignments and resolution of critical technical and procedural problems. Monitor work procedures, work schedules and expedite workflows
- Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes, and Stories
- Track, manage and report KPI’s for department operations
- Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution, and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees
What you'll need:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Laravel and MVC Framework
- Good knowledge with JavaScript Frameworks (VueJS, NuxtJS)
- Strong knowledge and experience with MySQL
- Good knowledge of Cashing tools such as Redis
- Strong OOP and design pattern skills, experience with caching mechanisms
- Familiar with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web and Mobile Applications
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile Development
- Experience with code versioning (especially Git)
- Good communication skill
- Positive mind
- Problem-solving mindset
What's great to have:
- Experience with Technical Documentation
- Experience with Planning for HA deep knowledge and Enterprise level production experience
- Experience with Containerization, e.g.: Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, etc
- Experience with writing CI/Unit tests
- Experience with NodeJS, Webpack.
