• Create visually compelling UI designs considering brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices in design principles.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
• Document design guidelines, patterns, and standards to maintain consistency across products and teams.

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and process.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to analyze data and work with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, interpret user insights, and make informed design decisions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions based on research and data.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on documenting design processes and standards.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
