Dr. Next is looking for a senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to improve lead-generation and sales conversion rates on websites through end-to-end management of the conversion optimization process.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of how to research, plan, implement, manage & report on successful projects.
Responsibilities:
● Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
● Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
● A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs.
● Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path.
● Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths.
● Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
● Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
● Increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
Requirements:
● At least 2 years of conversion rate optimization experience.
● Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects.
● Copywriting skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions.
● Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
● Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
● Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new skills.
● Internalized knowledge of online marketing concepts & the role that usability and user experience plays in achieving online business goals.
● Familiarity with conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Google Optimize, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Unbounce.
● Advanced understanding of Web analytics such as Google Analytics.
