We are looking for a senior backend developer who:
- Has a strong technical background
- Is a team player with good communication skills
- Passionate about applying tech to solve business problems
- Passionate about new tech challenges
- Can communicate well in English
On technical background, we need the candidate:
- To have a tendency for designing and implementing practical and simple solutions that meets business needs over technically complex solutions
- To have a strong knowledge of C#/.NET as well as surrounding platform and libraries to be able to deliver effective solutions
- To be good with algorithms and data structures for common use cases
- To have a strong knowledge of security best practices, tools, and standards
- To have a working knowledge of git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and container orchestrators
- To have a working knowledge of common problems and solutions in designing and implementing distributed systems
- To be familiar with cloud environments and services such as Azure and AWS
- To be familiar with basic concepts of functional programming
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development of the system through architecture design and implementation
- Lift team's technical level through code reviews, peer programming, workshops, etc
- Contribute to development team's autonomy by taking part in making key technical decisions
- Work with our DevOps team to define, design, and partially implement our DevOps requirements
