We're looking for a few experienced technology writers who are comfortable writing about technology and can simplify complex technical information.
Specifically, we're looking for writers that consider themselves experts, and expert communicators. We need you to produce clear, concise how-to articles, troubleshooting articles, knowledgebase topics, and other documentation that's easy to understand to help our customers use our products (Windows or Linux VPS) and 3rd party self-hosted apps like TeamSpeak. 
Our goal is to demystify these services for normal people: to help them understand the important concepts in these areas, which services are best, and how to get them setup and running.

About your contributions:
- Write concisely to deliver and maintain effective technical documentation for both technical and non-technical users
- Strong research skills: Gather technical information from primary and secondary sources.
- Terrific skills in screenshot-taking and cool animated GIFs making (we use SnagIt) 
- Capable of performing advanced benchmarking performance, stability, and related testing in these areas (ex. Roundcube vs SquirrelMail which is faster?) (is a plus)
- Passion for learning
