We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.
Job Summary
- Leading the Scrum Team, using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
- Prepare and maintain Software documents that include architectural diagrams, data models and navigation maps
- Assist the Product Owners to ensure user stories are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Must be proficient with the Scrum framework, user stories, estimation, release, iteration and daily planning
- Dedicated to continuous process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The following are not required, but will be considered a plus:
- Financial services experience
- Financial Markets and Trading Experience
