Senior Content Creator & Motion Designer

Dmazing Studio is looking for a sharp, creative, and fast-moving Senior Content Creator & Motion Designer to join our team. We need someone who can think, design, animate, edit, and create content that actually catches attention. Not just pretty frames. Real storytelling, strong taste, clean execution.

Role Purpose
You’ll own the creative process from idea to final export. That could mean designing a campaign, producing a social video, creating motion assets, building branded visuals, preparing content for partners, or turning a rough idea into something scroll-stopping.

You’ll work closely with our design, growth, brand, and operations teams on a steady pipeline of campaigns, product visuals, social content, and always-on creative production.

What You’ll Own

  • Creative idea generation and execution
  • Motion design for social, product, brand, and campaign content
  • Video editing for ads, reels, explainers, and product stories
  • Branded assets across digital and print formats
  • Motion graphics, typography animation, and visual storytelling
  • Post-production, including sound design, color correction, grading, and export
  • AI-assisted creative workflows for faster and better output
  • Keeping up with new content trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and motion styles

Key Responsibilities

  • Design branded assets for social media, product, partnerships, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, and social platforms
  • Add motion graphics and graphic design elements to elevate content quality
  • Use AI-powered tools for ideation, editing, motion, sound, image manipulation, and content optimization
  • Prepare final exports in different formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other channels
  • Work with tight deadlines while keeping quality high
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and creative leads
  • Stay updated with emerging design, motion, AI, and content trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showing motion design, video editing, campaign visuals, and content production
  • Strong storytelling, composition, visual taste, and attention to detail
  • Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable using AI tools in the creative process
  • English level B or higher is mandatory
  • Ability to communicate clearly, understand briefs, and collaborate with international clients/teams

  • CapCut or similar short-form editing tools

AI Tools / Workflows
Experience with AI tools is a strong plus. We don’t expect you to know every tool, but we do expect you to be curious, adaptive, and already using AI in your workflow.
