Negotiate contract terms with Service Providers and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather useful information from customer, Service Providers and competitor data
Identifying new business opportunities
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Make and give presentations to prospective internal executives
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Track and report on the status of proposal components
Conduct ongoing market research
Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, industrial engineering , Finance, Economics or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of business management principles
Project management skills
Market research and strategic planning
Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and any other industry-related software
Numeracy and excellent mathematical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Creativity and innovation
