• Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
• Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners.
• Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management.
• Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out.
• Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.
• Plan and implement training and development procedures and courses for managers
• Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions
• Develop and implement HR branding strategies

• At least 3 years of experience in OD, people development and Talent management areas
• Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
• Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to HR VP.
• Evaluates current processes, challenges and provide sound solutions, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manages the demands of multiple projects at one time.
• Creative and problem solving ability
