شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Monitoring the performance of services
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and mobile apps
• Redirecting problems to appropriate teams
• Recording and reporting software issues
• Familiar with microservice design patterns
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer science on Software engineering
• Ability to trace service calls and diagnostic the issues
• Ability to monitoring services and responding to issues
• Respond to internal stockholder’s inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

• Education: At least Bachelor in IT or Related Fields
• At least 2 years work experience in NOC in payment, fintech, and related industries
• Familiar with ELK (Log tools)
• Basic knowledge of database concepts (just basic concepts)
• Familiarity with network knowledge (CCNA or MTCNA)-
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system
• Ability to work in night shifts (7*24)
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  basic in Excel
