Job Description
Identify the assigned business projects scope, setup team, provide cost and time estimations if required, prepare timeline and other required documents, manage and efficiently follow up the project progress from the beginning till delivery on an end-to-end approach
Prepare the required business documents such as business roadmap, execution plan, budget planning and other analytical reports
Perform numerical analysis and benchmarks and collaborate with financial teams to prepare business plans
Contact with relevant internal and external stakeholders, build business partnership relationship and sign contract with the relevant parties aligned with the business objectives
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and handle the relevant projects across the different departments
Proactively identify and perform root-cause analysis on the risks and problems and prepare analytic reports if required, support the team in identifying the effective solutions and manage the solution implementation.
Actively manage the relevant stakeholders by applying proper engagement techniques such as reporting, documented communications

Requirements
- BSc. / MSc. Of industrial engineering, management, MBA or other relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the FinTech and LendTech industries
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and self-organized
- Work experience within the E-commerce industry
