We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Software Development team and work with several teams. You will be responsible for running the Agile Scrum process that supports our software development processes; coaching the
development team on best Agile practices and supporting the teams in analyzing and adapting to continuously improve our software delivery processes.
If you have a deep understanding of Agile mindset, a curious and supportive personality, excellent soft skills and a passion for challenging situations, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Its Agile Path
- Help product owner to prioritize PBIs and backlog management
- Help product owner to set proper sprint goals and design proper product roadmap.
- Making sure every team member understands goals and scope
- Help team in self-management and cross-functionality
- Help to Gather, address and prioritize team issues
- Ensure that all Scrum Events take place and make sure they are positive and productive
- Remove Roadblocks
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in Agile mindset and its Frameworks.
- Good knowledge in problem solving techniques.
- Sound knowledge and experience of Agile work management tools (Jira).
- Supportive and calm characteristics.
- Familiar with general programming concepts.
- Familiar with product management concepts.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC.
- Sound knowledge of OKR
- Sound knowledge of Agile Fluency Model
- +2 years of work experience in the role of Scrum Master.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM).
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks.
