 We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer to join our Data Engineering & Analytics team in a fast-paced Q-commerce environment. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions across the Microsoft BI stack.
Key Responsibilities
•  Design and maintain data warehouse architectures using star and snowflake schemas
•  Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS with incremental loading strategies
•  Build and optimize SQL Server data models for high-performance analytics
•  Develop and maintain SSAS Tabular models and OLAP cubes
•  Design interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
•  Write advanced DAX measures and calculations
•  Ensure consistent KPI definitions across reports and dashboards
•  Optimize query performance, indexing strategies, and data refresh processes
•  Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
•  Maintain documentation for data models, ETL pipelines, and BI assets.
Required Skills
•  Advanced SQL Server expertise (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning) 
•  Strong experience with SSIS ETL development 
•  Experience with SSAS Tabular / Multidimensional modeling 
•  Advanced Power BI development skills
•  Strong DAX and data modeling knowledge
•  Deep understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Kimball methodology) 
•  Experience working with large-scale analytical datasets Nice to Have 
•  Experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce, or logistics analytics
•  Familiarity with ClickHouse, MySQL, or StarRocks 
•  Familiarity with Python for data processing and automation 
•  Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration 
•  Experience with object storage systems such as MinIO 
•  Understanding of modern data architectures such as Data Lake or Lakehouse 
•  Domain Expertise in finance
