Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing and commercial campaigns in alignment with business objectives and promotional calendars.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined KPIs and performance targets.
- Manage campaign execution across multiple digital channels, including CRM, email, social media, onsite placements, display advertising, and performance marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and post-campaign analyses, highlighting performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, CRM, Creative, Content, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent customer experience.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and campaign improvements.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Work with advertising platforms and media partners (e.g., Yektanet, Tapsell, SabaVision) and support campaign setup and optimization.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including CRM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Display Advertising, SEO, PPC, and Performance Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Market Research, Market Segmentation, Customer Persona, Marketing Mix (4Ps), Marketing Funnel, and Customer Journey.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Yektanet, Tapsell, and SabaVision; basic knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
