Role Description:
Catalog Specialist in HW team is responsible for Producing catalog in different ways such as data entry and writing description and reviews for HW related products. S/he has to do his/her work regarding the Time, quality and quantity. The type and nature of the tasks might be modified according to the situation.
Job Description:
Insert new products in proper category
Write descriptions and reviews
Search product data
Edit photos (basic levels in photoshop)
Deliver qualified output based on guidelines
Reached to adjusted quantity and quality targets
Always delivers expected results on time
Optimum performance timely and objectively
Requirements:
No dark points for him/her & supervisor
Always takes customers in mind
Playing effective role in team
Achieving less-than-24-hours “time to catalog” for every ticket
Attending the workplace before 9 a.m
Proper professional behavior and attitude
Avoiding slacking during the work hours
Good knowledge of Office software (esp. Word and Excel)
Fast performer, familiar with the crucial typing skills
Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized team-player willing to work in a fast-paced work environment
