شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description


1. Participating in planning activities of the projects:

a. Preparing project scope, schedule, and cost baseline including needed resources;

b. Preparing procurement management plan;

c. Defining communication management plan;

d. Preparing risk management plan.

2. Coordinating the project according to approved plans successfully:

a. Delivering project objectives according to project charter.

b. Supporting & coordinating the project team to achieve the project objectives and stakeholders’ expectations.

c. Balancing the competing constraints on the project with the resource available.

3. Monitoring and controlling the project:

a. Following & reporting control measures and monitoring projects progress;

b. Identifying necessary corrective actions; and reporting the corresponding changes.

c. Controlling project deliverables quality;

4. Performing communication role between PMO, project team members and other stakeholders:

a. Communicating project management plans;

b. Preparing required project reports;

c. Keeping PMO manager informed of project status.

Education:

  • BSc’s in Industrial Engineering degree or Management; or
  • BSc in Civil Engineering degree;
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering degree;
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering degree.
Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management areas;
Requirements and Skills:

  • Familiarity with PMBOK;
  • Being informed about e-commerce & logistics trends;
  • Considerable ability to coordinate people;
  • Considerable leadership skills (the ability to guide, motivate and direct a team);
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Preferred Skills:

PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
