• Carrying out procedures needed to keeping services up.
• Monitoring all predefined metrics to ensure health of services.
• Monitoring metrics to make sure all infrastructures work properly.
• Following up services issues according to defined OLA & SLA and escalating unresolved problems to assigned on call person. 
• Provide different types of report (e.g., Metrics’ Table) 
• Ability to work in night shift and holidays.
• Ability to run simple and routine queries and diagnose based on logs.
• Familiar with basic computer and network science.
• Familiar with payment Industry.
• Familiar with monitoring tools .
• Familiar with MS. office.
• Committed to working hours.
