Job description:
A Social Media/PR Specialist is a contact person of Digikala with all kinds of customers to handle their requirements and issues on Social media with respect and attention.

A Social Media/PR Specialist is responsible for:

  • Answers consumer questions and complaints on social media.
  • Creation of content that meets our customer standards.
  • Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships real-time.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Job requirements:

  • demonstrated track record in writing (published articles/report or posts in blog/social media)
  • Impeccable writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (especially twitter) and how they can be deployed.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to influence others via written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible and reliable.
  • A proactive reader.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
