Job description
- Consult and support Hiring Managers in Technology Department to recruit best available talents for vacant positions.
- Following end to end of recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
- Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews,...
- Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments and personality tests.
- Reference and background checks of applicants.
- Prepare documentation for hiring process.
- Project manager in Different Recruitment projects.
Job requirements
- Education: BA or Master Degree in related fields like MBA ,HRM , Industrial Psychology, Computer science
- Experience: Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience essential
- Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment and hiring
- Ability to work as team player
- Result Oriented Approach
- Analytical Skills
- Advanced office
- Language: Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
