The Human Resources Data Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, Costs, and statistics, and apply this data to make different managerial reports and prepare recommendations/analyses related to different HR aspects.
Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and interpreting HR Data
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
- Prepare different on-demand reports
- Enable to analyze all HR data and relate them to each other to give recommendations to HR Leaders
- Developing and reviewing department KPI’s
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or MBA
- Fluency in Power BI
- Fluency in SQL is Preferred
- Being Advance in MS Office especially Excel (Expert in using different formulas)
- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data, and build management dashboards
- Ability to provide effective solutions and process improvements
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
- Ability to visualize data using different tools
- Ability to manage the project and complete activities on time
- High level of mathematical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to details
- Effective communication & Team Work
- Fast learner
- Well Understanding English
- Searching ability
- Human Resources General Knowledge is Preferred
