استخدام HR Data Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی


The Human Resources Data Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, Costs, and statistics, and apply this data to make different managerial reports and prepare recommendations/analyses related to different HR aspects.
Job Description:

  •   Collect, clean, and interpreting HR Data
  •   Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  •   Prepare different on-demand reports
  •   Enable to analyze all HR data and relate them to each other to give recommendations to HR Leaders
  •   Developing and reviewing department KPI’s

Requirements: 

  •   Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or MBA
  •   Fluency in Power BI 
  •   Fluency in SQL is Preferred
  •   Being Advance in MS Office especially Excel (Expert in using different formulas)
  •   Ability to analyze, model and interpret data, and build management dashboards
  •   Ability to provide effective solutions and process improvements
  •   Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
  •   Ability to visualize data using different tools
  •   Ability to manage the project and complete activities on time
  •   High level of mathematical and problem-solving skills
  •   High level of accuracy & attention to details
  •   Effective communication & Team Work
  •   Fast learner
  •   Well Understanding English
  •   Searching ability
  •   Human Resources General Knowledge is Preferred
