شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:

• Control the quality of the Product Photos outcome.
• Designing product photography process.

• Make sure of delivering Photos on SLA.

• Defining creative approach in DK PDP photos.

• Generate new solutions for scalable photo production.

• Being visionary E-commerce content enrichment.

• Observing worldwide new product photography trends and go through them.

• Helping other supervisors and teammates if asked.

• Being dedicated to the targets and KPI.

• Accepting the feedbacks and trying to improve his/her job.

• Delivering all productions by defined guidelines standard.

• Team performance management and raising the bar.

• Own Digikala PDP Photos business.

• Taking part in content meetings.

• Defining Team Headcount plan.

• Defining Team semi-annual plans.

• Providing a thorough and exact report as directed by the direct manager.


Requirements:

• A proper knowledge of Photography industry
• A proper knowledge of Digikala Products catalog.

• A proper knowledge of worldwide e-commerce content trends.

• Process management skills

• A good taste in visual content

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

• MS Word, Excel, etc.
