شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsible for the development and implementation of ops metrics to improve business operational efficiency
Manage the day-to-day of running shops; meeting operation standards, managing stock deliveries, and more
Supporting the setup of existing and new stores and supports all business requirements
Plan and execute Area management, expansion timeline & strategy
Complete accurate forecasting and risk assessment of new growth and expansion plans
Coordination closely with city ops specialist to handling day-to-day working well

 
Requirement

  • High efficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools - Excel,PowerPoint
  • Significant experience working in expansion or business development in a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A good sense of humour. Fun is treated very seriously at Jet!
  • Numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
  • Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business
  • Superb organization skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and confident making decisions
  • Speed and efficiency in all tasks to support the team (speed is our currency at Jet)
