| Covering all HR responsibilities on behalf of Generalists in DCs (Includes Staff, Agent and Operations TH).
| Conduct routine meetings with operations supervisors and managers to improve the staff situation.
| Effective communication with Generalists and cascade policies through all DCs.
| Improving existing processes (On-boarding, Off-boarding, Candidate experience, …)
| Define and implement projects to enhance current situations.
| Guide the Associates to make the right decisions regarding different situations.
| Addressing staff problems
| Participating in Disciplinary committees
