شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Participate in service and operational process design.
- Service management (processes and tools) design and deployment .
- Monitoring SLA, OLA and growth metrics.
- Define and agree service levels with service providers and merchants and make sure to receive related reports in defined intervals.
- Plan to improve service qualities.
- Define and deploy pre-requisites tools, infrastructures, process and etc. to improve all operation process and activities.
- Familiar with service management frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to accurately analyze data and deduct objectively.
- Knowledge of systematic planning practices and service quality evaluation.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Financial concepts.
- Familiar with payment Industry (Shaparak, Shetab Processes).
- Familiar with service management tools.
- Familiar with CRM tools.
