monitor and maintain existing equipment and install and test new equipment
perform basic hardware fixes, replacements, and upgrades, besides cabling and hardware installations and testing
Upgrading internal system components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives, and network cables
Documenting processes and keeping event logs
Keeping track of developing trends in data center technologies
Ability to keep up with advancements in data center infrastructure and technologies
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional ability to work as part of a team
Availability for after-hours and weekend work with 24 x7 call-occasionally
