شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles & Responsibilities:

Communicating with different departments and regional offices to coordinate
Selection, recruitment, and onboarding of the Distribution Agents
Supervising the execution and outsourcing process
Control and approval of infrastructure equipment and setting up agents
Agent operation control, information feeding, and performance indicators control
Planning and follow-up to solve problems
Training work processes for new Agents and planning continuous training
Planning to achieve organizational goals and continuous improvement through subordinates
Planning, developing, and organizing operations
Control key performance indicators and ensure their realization
Collaborate with other departments, regional managers, and decision-makers to share information, provide solutions to logistical and Operational issues, and clarify management objectives.
Monitoring safety and environmental conditions
Managing and coordinating the process of distribution planning and operations, including sales festivals
Risk identification and crisis management in logistics processes
Preparing and sending work progress reports and other related reports
Implementation of the announced organization`s strategy and ensuring the realization of the level of customer service
Developing and providing analytical reports
Provide innovative ideas to improve performance and reduce costs.
Managing individual and team development, creating motivation and support for subordinates, and ensuring the compliance of the behavior pattern with the disciplinary code.
Site visits in case of problems, identifying and providing solutions to solve problems with the agent
Control of new projects
Periodic HSE and ISO audit of standards and work instructions
Anticipating possible problems and taking preventive measures to reduce risks such as agent driver strikes, providing alternative solutions, Adjusting capacities, following up on recruiting drivers from agents, etc.

Analyzing technical failures, root cause identification, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure the prevention of issues.

Ability to present and analyze functional and financial reports and cost analysis
Fluent in presentation principles.
Ability to Analyze information and logical problem-solving

Job Requirements:   

Bachelor's or Master's degree in (an MBA graduate), Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or another Relevant degree.
3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to present and analyze Data and Reports
Occasional Travel.
